What this is

Trinitas Volunteers is the scheduling tool for Sunday serving roles at Trinitas Presbyterian Church — greeting, sound, building setup, cleanup, hospitality, communion prep and bread, catechism, and trailer. It replaces the hand-built quarterly spreadsheet with a system where:

• Volunteers can see their own upcoming Sundays, set their availability, and ask for coverage or propose swaps when life gets in the way.
• Admins can define roles, approve new volunteers, build a whole quarter’s draft schedule in one click, review it, and publish.
• Weekly reminder emails go out automatically the Friday before each Sunday.

Who needs to visit this site

Most volunteers won’t need to, most weeks. You’ll get an email Friday morning with your serving assignment for that Sunday. You only need to come here when you want to:

• Update your availability (vacations, travel, recurring conflicts)
• See the full quarter
• Ask another volunteer to cover for you
• Propose a swap with someone else

Admins (currently the deacons) live here more often — approving applicants, editing the draft schedule, and keeping roles and checklists up to date.
