Seeing your schedule
My upcoming Sundays, the full quarter view, and calendar subscriptions.
Your upcoming Sundays
The landing page after you sign in (/me) shows a card for every Sunday you’re assigned to in the current quarter. Each card has:
- The date.
- Your role(s) — sometimes you’ll be in more than one slot on the same Sunday; they’re grouped together.
- Arrival time — what time to show up. It’s per-role (Sound is 8:40am, Greeting is 9:30am, etc.). If you have multiple roles the earliest time wins.
- Co-volunteers — who else is serving with you that week, so you know who to look for or message if something comes up.
- Any service notes — e.g. “Youth Sunday,” guest preacher, communion.
- Actions — Request coverage, Propose swap, Add to calendar.
The full quarter view
/schedule shows everyone × every Sunday × every role, as a grid. Read-only — you can’t edit it — but useful if you want to see who’s on next week, or find someone to swap with.
Add to calendar
Two options on each assignment card:
- Download
.ics— one-off download that adds this Sunday to your calendar with the right arrival time and a link back to this site. - Subscribe — a personal calendar URL you paste into Google Calendar / Apple Calendar / Outlook. It auto-updates when swaps or coverage change your assignments, so your calendar always reflects the current schedule. The URL is personal to you — don’t share it.
Past Sundays
A collapsible “History” section on /me shows Sundays you’ve already served (or were covered for, or declined). Admins use this to make sure the load is spread evenly over time.
