I didn’t get my reminder email. Where is it?
Check your spam folder first — search for deacons@trinitaschurch.com. If it’s there, allowlist the address. If it’s not there at all, email the deacons and we’ll check the Outbox to see what happened.
The site asked me to sign in again. Why?
Sessions last about 30 days. If you haven’t been back in a while, we ask you to click a fresh magic link. No password, no account recovery needed — just your email.
I forgot which roles I applied for.
/me/applications lists every application you’ve submitted, its current state, and what step (if any) is blocking approval.
Can I see the whole quarter?
Yes — /schedule shows the full grid of Sundays × roles × people for the current quarter. Read-only.
I can’t make my Sunday but it’s already Thursday.
- Before the Friday-reminder cutoff (Sunday evening one week out): open a coverage request or propose a swap.
- After the cutoff: ask the deacons directly — they can unlock the Sunday and either reassign or extend the cutoff.
Who’s an admin?
The deacons. If you need admin action, email them.
Why am I being offered to cover a slot for someone in my family?
You shouldn’t — the system filters your own group members out of coverage broadcasts. If it happens, it’s a bug; please email the deacons so we can look at the group’s membership.
